On Sunday, April 20th, you're invited to participate in a transformative Trauma Sensitive Sunday Practice. This session will feature a gentle hatha yoga flow that adheres to trauma-sensitive principles, creating a supportive environment for participants to explore and expand their practice. This inclusive event welcomes individuals of all skill levels, from seasoned yogis to newcomers, ensuring that every body, experience, and background is welcomed. Participants are able to explore a 45-minute session focused on breath and movement, followed by a 15-minute reflective discussion aimed at providing valuable insights and teaching tips for yoga instructors, somatic practitioners, and therapists etc. Join us as we collectively stretch our minds and bodies, reinforcing the notion that the practice of yoga is enriched through shared experiences on the mat.
