Are you wondering where to start with your yoga practice? Or would you like to have an intentional road to follow as you progress?
We will focus on learning how to build an intensional yoga practice from the ground up. Understand how to navigate an intentional yoga practice when attending classes or with your own personal practice. This 2 part workshop will focus on setting personal intensions and purpose, learning how to move into a practice that feels useful and works for your body in that particular moment, explore mindfulness in a way that helps you make choices based on what you are feeling mind and body, and how to build a yoga practice as you move forward.
Instruction on how to build a sequence with purpose and intension will be provided. We will learn, reflect, integrate and spend time moving and breathing together.
