Reclaim Your Body Through Yoga 6 Week Series
Starts Monday July 25th, 6pm PST
Online Gentle hatha yoga series specifically developed for women who suffer from PTSD or trauma. The focus of the sessions during these 6 weeks will be on the internal experience of the participant. Through empowerment our focus will be on movement and breath practices that help heal the nervous system and help participants reclaim their body. We can practice present moment awareness within while making choices based on what we feel. We strive to make our classes accessible to everyone regardless of physical ability. These sessions follow the Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Modality developed by the Trauma Center in Boston MA.
